Teachers and schools
Sharing moments of discovery, encouraging an understanding of cultural heritage, exceptional know-how and a unique world collection of original decorative or standard objects, including forgotten or contemporary pieces, are the tasks that the Adrien Dubouché National Museum has set for itself and is putting into practice with its many partners.
The visitor information service offers teachers a varied range of activities and visit material appropriate to their educational projects, linked to the school curriculum from primary to secondary level, and to the teaching of the History of Art for all students.
Entry to the Adrien Dubouché National Museum collections is free of charge for students under 26 and for their teachers.
“Teacher seminars” are also organised for teachers and directors of extracurricular organisations, to help them learn about the permanent collections and temporary exhibitions and plan their educational projects, or prepare for an independent visit.
The Adrien Dubouché National Museum and the Local Education Authority organise training for teachers every year, as part of the Academic Training Plans.
Whether self-guided or on a guided tour, the variety of the collections allows you to plan a visit starting from Antiquity right up to the present day, exploring themes in detail. All the activities give teachers the opportunity to enrich and illustrate their educational projects.
