Admission

The museum is free for all visitors on the first Sunday of
every month. The museum is also free for people under 26 years old, teachers
who are currently active, people accompanying groups, currently unemployed
people and people who benefit from the RSA (income support).

Full price : 7€

Reduced price and groups over 15 people : 5€

A ticket for the museum’s permanent collections also gives you access to the temporary exhibitions.
The entrance ticket is valid all day. This means you are able to leave the museum and come back later, on the same day.

Partnership with the Bernardaud manufactory

The Adrien Dubouché National Museum and the Bernardaud manufactory offer a joint discount to visitors: for a ticket bought in one of them, a discount is applied in the other museum.

Opening times

The museum is open everyday of the week except Tuesdays, from 10:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 17:45. Exceptional days of closure are the 25th of December and the 1st of January.

The museum is completely accessible for people with disabilities.

Luggage lockers are currently unavailable due to the current sanitary situation.

Wheelchairs and foldable seats are available at the museum reception.

Animals are not allowed inside the museum except for assistance and guide dogs.

How to get here

Cars : 600 space paid car park available opposite the museum, and two paid underground car parks are available at place d’aine and place de la motte.

Coaches : reserved parking space infront of the museum.

Public transport : Bus number 6 or 8, bus stop : place Winston Churchill.

By train : Limoges – Benedictins train station (1.5km away from the museum) is served by many regional and national train lines. From the station you are able to get the bus (numbers 6 or 8) straight to the museum.

By plane : Limoges Bellegarde internaitonal airport is situated 15 minutes from the museum.

 

We strongly recommend that you do not bring luggage or personal belongings of the sort to the museum as the luggage lockers are currently unavailable due to the cuurent sanitary situation.

Large suitcases and bags are prohibited.

In usual situations, only luggage with a maximum size of 55x35x20cm is allowed.

All year long tactile conferences are organised with the Valentin Haüy Association for visually impaired people.

You can support the museum by joining the Friends of the Adrien Dubouché National Museum Association.

The association brings together friends of the museumwhether they are amateurs or specialists, curious about ceramic arts and art history.

The association also organises classes at the Ecole du Louvre.

All year round, they support the museum’s actions, contribute to its success and participate in enriching the museums collections, based on Adrien Dubouchés generous spirit.

The association offers its members conferences, meetings, visit-conferences with exhibtion commissioners, as well as outings and trips in France and abroad, accompanied by heritage specialists.

The associations sends « Les Pages d’Adrien » to all of its members homes as well as the program for the activities in the museum.

The museum offers the association members an all access pass, an invitation to the inaugurations of the exhibitions, free or reduced prices for certain cultural activities, and free access to the National Ceramic Museum in Sèvres.

The contributions made by the members and donaters are deductible from taxes to a maximum of 66% for individuals and up to 60% for businesses.
