The museum has full disabled access.
Disabled people and their companion are admitted free of charge to the permanent collections and temporary exhibitions.
For guided tours, disabled people are offered a concessionary rate and their companion is free of charge.
On the guided tours, the focus is on discovering the material and observing some of the museum’s masterpieces. After visiting the collections, you can enjoy a porcelain painting workshop, subject to booking.
Every month, a tactile tour is organised for the sight-impaired, in partnership with the Valentin Haüy Association.
Information on activities can be obtained from the visitor information and communications department.
